Accessibility Services Pricing
Accessible.org provides transparent, custom pricing on fully manual digital accessibility services. Here is what most clients pay:
- Most accessibility audits cost between $1,250 and $2,750. Per page pricing is $100 to $250 for primary pages or screens and $25 to $100 for light pages or screens.
- WCAG 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.2 AA standard
- We select a representative sample of pages / screens for scope.
- Audits are fully manual evaluations (not automated scans)
- All auditors are certified DHS Trusted Testers
- Many clients add our VPAT service (WCAG edition) for $350 to turn the audit and fixes into an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).
- Technical support is $195 per hour
- User testing is $550 per session ($450 with an audit)
- Certification is included at no additional cost, contingent upon conformance.

Accessibility Audit Cost
Accessible.org web accessibility audits cost $100 – $250 per page (or screen) and $25 – $100 for light pages/screens. Our audits follow best practices for ADA and EAA compliance. Our audit price is based on comprehensive manual evaluation using the WCAG 2.1 AA standard (or WCAG 2.2 AA). Audits are conducted in desktop environment with the client option to add mobile.
Our website accessibility audits are fully manual, formal evaluations conducted by technical accessibility experts who evaluate your website or other digital assets against WCAG 2.0 AA, WCAG 2.1 AA, or WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Scope typically does not include all pages or screens, but rather a representative sample.
We use an automated scan as a review to ensure all issues correctly identified by a scan are included in our final audit report.
All Accessible.org auditors are certified DHS Trusted Testers. The DHS Trusted Tester Process is a manual test approach that aligns with the ICT Testing Baseline, and provides repeatable and reliable conformance test results.

VPAT / ACR
VPAT services start at $350 for the WCAG VPAT version. We will fill in and complete a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and create a detailed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on our audit. Our ACR creation service is $350 (for the WCAG version) in addition to the price of the audit for your digital asset.

This documentation is essential for meeting procurement requirements. We can pause issuance so that your team has a chance to fix issues and we can validate. This results in a cleaner ACR (demonstrating a more accessible product or service) you can deliver to clients.

Our technical support hours are flexible and can be used for validation of fixes (to ensure the audit issues have been resolved).
Technical support also includes support for any accessibility or implementation questions your team has.
Accessibility User Testing Cost
User testing services for website accessibility (and other digital assets) cost $550 per session and are a best practice for ADA compliance. The price of user testing is discounted if you choose Accessible.org for audit and remediation services.
User testing is conducted by an accessibility professional with a disability, is an essential part of ensuring your digital assets are accessible to all users. We offer user testing at a discounted rate when combined with our audit and remediation services.
Service Details:
- User Testing: Conducted by a professional who is blind or visually impaired, using screen reader assistive technology to evaluate your website or digital asset.
- Deliverable: You will receive a recording of the user testing session upon completion.

Note : User testing sessions include up to 10 pages or screens with a time duration cap of 30 minutes.

Accessibility Remediation Cost
We will remediate your digital asset at the code level. This means we will fix the technically complex accessibility issues on your website, web app, or mobile app.
To be eligible for remediation, we must 1) audit your digital asset and 2) have full code access. The audit is necessary to ensure we know all accessibility issues that exist (we don’t accept outside audits to uphold quality). Full code access is necessary to ensure we’re able to make all fixes.
We validate our remediation.
Service Details:
- Remediation: Conducted by a technical accessibility expert with development experience. All fixed issues are reviewed and validated by auditor.
- Deliverable: You will receive your code remediated digital asset.
